Without further ado:

Here we go...

Pre-Show Dark Matches:

Big Zo (w/Josh Ashcraft & "Hood Ninja" Hy Zaya) defeats "The 4-5-6 Kid" Jade Dawson. Jade with quick offense out of the gate. He goes up top, but is caught and powerbombed. Zo hits a Zo Bomb and gets the 3.

"Shotgun" Tony Gunn defeats Billy OGunn controls most of the match, focusing on Billy's leg. He makes him tap to the YTO and adds him to the YTO Club as "Oceans Zero".

Dean Hill comes out and says he has a flight at 10:00 tonight. He is doing some talent scouting, and the trip will also butt up with a company vacation. He hopes to make a big announcement in a few weeks if everything goes well. In the meantime, he can't leave OVW without someone in charge. He calls out Trevor Steele. Steele will be the acting commissioner until Dean returns.

That concludes tonight's pre-show dark matches. I always recommend watching the episode first on TV or online before reading the rest of the report. Again, you can check it out on WBNA ion-21 in the Louisville area Saturdays at 11AM and 10PM (check local listings) and on OVW's official website Mondays at www.ovwrestling.com/tv.

Gilbert Corsey, Shannon the Dude, & Ron Hed are on commentary, and Ron is the ring announcer.

OVW TELEVISION TITLE: Tyler Matrix (c) defeats Justin Smooth by DQ. Matrix is on fire, hitting a kick to the head of Smooth at ringside. He rolls Smooth in, goes up top, but is distracted by Robbie Walker's music as Robbie strolls out and joins commentary. Smooth pushes Matrix off the top rope and to the concrete. Smooth takes control and hits a massive big boot. Matrix starts firing back, but Smooth scoops him up to deliver Street Justice. Matrix slides off and connects with a kick to the face. He goes up top again, and Robbie runs up on the apron. Matrix kicks him off and hits the swanton on Smooth. As the ref is counting, Robbie climbs back up and to the top rope, and comes splashing down on both men to cause the DQ. Smooth & Walker double-team Matrix, which brings out new commissioner Trevor Steele to even the odds and make a proposal for SNS.
He asks Matrix if he will accept a Fatal-4-Way Elimination Match involving the two of them, Smooth, & Robbie. Matrix accepts.

Big Jon comes out and says he has been unsuccessful in finding a partner, but says it doesn't matter. He calls out the Legacy of Brutality.
They come out and Jon asks which one is going to step up and face him tonight. Hy Zaya says he will knock him out. He says this is Zo-VW, the Hy-est rated television show. He will knock that stupid amish beard off Jon's face. Jon says that's fine. He will have the string bean tonight, and the prime rib (Zo) next week.

Colton Cage defeats Ringmaster (w/Dapper Dan Van Zandt, Scarlet, Little Damion, & Mad Man Pondo). The dissension continues between Ringmaster & Pondo, as Ringmaster announces the Circus, then Pondo separately. Cage starts out on fire, but is tripped by Dan. While the ref argues with Dan, Scarlet, & Damion, Pondo trips Ringmaster. Cage fires back, hits the side effect, and goes up top, but gets shoved off by Dan. As the Circus is again arguing with the ref, Ringmaster argues with Pondo. Pondo hits Ringmaster, and Cage gets the 3.
An irate Ringmaster gets the mic and says this has gone on too long. Next week, it will be him and Pondo, and the loser leaves the Circus.

Mexicutioner is brought out to update fans on his condition. He says unfortunately, his knee went out last week. He wanted to finish the match, but couldn't. The MRI results are not in quite yet, and the doctor wants to be absolutely sure before he gives him any news. He will have to take time off. Adam Revolver comes out and says he is sorry, he did this, and things went too far. He offers to help Mex with rehab, and anything else he might need. Mex accepts his apology and they hug. As Mex turns to leave, Adam grabs a crutch away from him and attacks him with it!

Big Jon defeats "Hood Ninja" Hy Zaya (w/Big Zo & Josh Ashcraft). Jon is in control early, but there is interference by Zo & Josh. Jon fights back and goes for the chokeslam, but Josh gets in the ring with a chain. Houdini comes out and delivers a stunner to Josh. Jon connects with the chokeslam on Hy and gets the 3.

Rocco Bellagio & Ryan Howe are brought out for a final confrontation before SNS. Gilbert Corsey says they have 5 minutes to get anything off their chest and air their grievances, but neither can touch the other. It is physicality-free. If Rocco touches Howe, he will be stripped of the title. If Howe touches Rocco, he will lose his title shot. After a lot of back-and-forth, Rocco gets out of the ring and argues with Howe's girl at ringside. Howe tells him he has about 2 seconds to get away from her. The buzzer ending the 5 minutes goes off, and Howe gets out of the ring and goes after Rocco. They brawl around the ring, and Rocco hightails it out of the arena.

This ended the TV taping.

Post-Show Dark Matches:

Cash Flo defeats Assassin after a reverse faceplant.

Trevor Steele defeats Dapper Dan Van Zandt after submission to the chicken wing.

As always, thanks for reading!
