OVW TV #747: "Jamin vs. Marcus"

This is the OVW Report for Wednesday, December 11, 2013. This episode can be seen online starting tomorrow at www.ovwrestling.com/tv. In this episode, Jamin Olivencia goes 1-on-1 with Marcus Anthony, Paredyse defends the OVW TV Title against Jessie Godderz, the new pairing of Rob Terry & Jay Bradley are in action against Double Platinum, plus more!

Pre-Show Dark Matches:

Del Cardinal & Leon Shelly vs. Michael Hayes & Mohamad Ali Vaez.
Hayes & Ali aren't in the mood to mess around after losing the OVW Southern Tag Team Titles last Saturday. They take it to Cardinal & Shelly. Hayes hits his kneebuster to the face of Cardinal twice. He then delivers one to Shelly, and Ali gets in and hits the neckbreaker. Hayes locks Cardinal in the Chicken Wing for the tapout.

WINNERS: HAYES & ALI by submission.

Elvis Pridemoore vs. 4M: "Mister Marvelous" Melvin Maximus (w/the Bodyguy).

Elvis comes out firing away and hits a chinbuster off the second rope. However, he tries to take 4M down, and 4M comes down on top of him, pinning him while holding onto the ropes for leverage.

WINNER: 4M by pinfall.

Jessie Belle vs. Lei'D Tapa.

Tapa powers Jessie Belle down and uses the Tongan Death Grip. She goes for the big boot, but Jessie Belle does the splits to duck it. Jessie Belle fires back, but is caught off the ropes. Tapa finishes her off with the TKO finisher.

WINNER: TAPA by pinfall.

NON-TITLE MATCH: "Strongest Gamer Alive" Marcus Anthony (w/Timmy Danger) vs. OVW Heavyweight Champion Jamin Olivencia.

Jamin tries several strikes, but Marcus powers him down. Jamin comes firing back, hitting a missile dropkick and the kamikaze splashes in the corner. He hits a DDT and goes for the pin, but Danger jumps in and breaks it up for the disqualification.

WINNER: JAMIN by DQ.

Jamin goes after Danger, chasing him around the ring. He finally catches him and corners him back in the ring.

Marcus is back up, and locks in the full nelson from behind, leaving Jamin lying.

OVW TELEVISION CHAMPIONSHIP: "Mr. Pec-Tacular" Jessie Godderz vs. Paredyse (c).

This was a tremendous back and forth match. Jessie hit the Pec-Tacular Press across the top turnbuckle, hit an enziguri, and tried to make Paredyse tap to the abdominal stretch, but couldn't put him away. Paredyse was finally able to pull out the victory after connecting with a seated senton for the pin.

WINNER and STILL OVW TV CHAMPION: PAREDYSE by pinfall.

Jay Bradley & Rob Terry vs. "Double Platinum": Rockstar Spud & Ryan Howe.

Jay is out first and grabs a mic saying that he just got back from spending 18 days in the Orient. He was with only one guy that spoke English, someone he was forced to team with, but someone he went undefeated with, and introduces Rob Terry. Jay & Rob control most of the match with the clear size advantage. In the end, Rob tosses Spud out of the ring, and along with Jay, hits a double powerslam on Howe for the 3.

WINNERS: JAY & ROB by pinfall.

Shiloh Jonze vs. Flash Flanagan.

Shiloh came out without the Marauders, but with new music and new attire. Shiloh worked over Flash's leg a good portion of the match. Flash started to fire back with his vicious chops and took Shiloh down.

As he went for the pin, the Marauders ran out and attacked Flash.

WINNER: FLASH by DQ.

The Marauders are all beating Flash down until Trailer Park Trash runs out with a kendo stick and chases them off!

This ended the TV taping.

There were none tonight due to the double taping.
